We offer 12 extra-large (720 sf) luxury apartments that rent for $1,900 per month furnished or $1,600 per month unfurnished.  Extra-large apartments have these features:

• Private balconies

• Full gourmet kitchen

• Large walk-in closet

• Washer-dryer

• Smart features including motorized shades

• Italian tile in bathroom

• Monthly utility fee (includes electricity, water, WiFi, pest control) is $150

• Reserved parking is available for $120 per month

• Minimum 12-month lease

We offer 3 large (600 sf) unfurnished apartments that rent for $1,500 per month.  Large apartments have these features:

• 12’ ceilings in living room

• Walk-in closet

• Washer-dryer

• Bedroom window that overlooks private courtyard

• Private door and direct access to All Saints Street

• Monthly utility fee (includes electricity, water, WiFi, pest control) is $150

• Reserved parking is available for $120 per month

• Minimum 12-month lease
